Sinusitis
Age 12+
We assess ongoing sinus pressure, discharge, congestion and facial pain, and provide self care advice or treatment when appropriate.
Sore Throat
Age 5+
If your sore throat is severe, persistent or uncomfortable, we can examine symptoms and supply suitable treatment.
Earache
Age 1–17
We assess ear pain, pressure, fever or discomfort — helping avoid delays to treatment.
Infected Insect Bites
Age 1+
If a bite has become red, swollen, warm or painful, we can provide clinical assessment and appropriate medication.
Impetigo
Age 1+
We can identify impetigo (a contagious skin infection) and supply treatment to stop it spreading.
Shingles
Age 18+
We assess the rash, pain and timing to ensure treatment is supplied within the recommended window for best results.
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
Women aged 16–64 with qualifying symptoms
We can assess symptoms, rule out red flags, and supply appropriate NHS medication when suitable.

Who Can Access This Service?

Anyone experiencing symptoms of the seven qualifying conditions. You can self-refer by walking in, or be directed here by NHS 111, your GP, or urgent care. Parents may bring children — age limits apply per condition.


Quick & Convenient

Most consultations take 10–15 minutes. Medicines are supplied on the same visit where clinically appropriate — all free of charge as an NHS service.
